A Trip To Remember

New Delhi

To move, to breathe, to fly, to float, to gain all while you give, to roam the roads of lands remote, to travel is to live.” ~ Hans Christian Anderson

The annual trip is a highlight for the children residing in our Delhi Homes. It’s not just about the scenic places they visit, but the treasure trove of memories they create during these trips. Boys and girls from our homes were taken to Manali and neighbouring places on a week-long trip, from the 30th of May to the 6th of June. Feelings cannot be put into words, as they went on this annual trip after two long years. They could not travel during the pandemic. And Manali was a welcome respite from the merciless Delhi heat. From adventures to sight seeing, our young travellers experienced it all. Our daredevils participated in paragliding and river rafting  and paid homage at the famous Hidimba Temple. The children were awed, spending memorable days in the lap of such picturesque landscapes. It seemed like a fairy tale.
