A Day Dipped In Depth And Direction

As a part of the Re-imagining School Education (RISE) festival organized at the Alliance Francaise, New Delhi, various enrichment activities were organized for school students and teachers. Students and staff from our Aya Nagar, Kishangarh and Kotla Centres, New Delhi, participated in the event whole-heartedly. The 3-day festival centred around the concept of Holistic Education and Neurosciences, in sync with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. The event was laden with interesting sessions, workshops, panel discussions, talks and activities galore, for both students and teachers. The events were themed around pertinent topics like, ‘Aligning community education to 21st century skills’, ‘Importance of Culture and Heritage’, ‘Global Citizenship in Schools’, ‘Applying the Theory of Mind in Education and the Science of Learning’, ‘Multilingualism in Education’, ‘Financial Literacy’, ‘Building a Growth Mindset in Indian School’.
This three day students and teacher’s exchange bonanza was an experience to remember.
