Internships That Inspire

It is amazing to see young people giving back to society by doing what needs to be done. This July, our Kotla Centre in New Delhi, was fortunate to welcome 19-year-old Zara Kassel, a student from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, whose presence lit up the space.
From the moment she arrived, Zara connected deeply with the children. She took time to understand their needs and then designed a series of lively English workshops introducing grammar concepts like Common and Proper Nouns, and Singular and Plural Nouns, in ways that felt more like play than study. Laughter filled the room, hands shot up eagerly, and learning became an experience every child wanted to be part of. Zara didn’t just teach; she inspired. She sparked confidence, encouraged self-expression, and left behind a reminder that when learning is shared with love, it can change the way children see themselves and the world.
