Samarpan Foundation works towards the welfare of homeless animals, conducted both independently and in collaboration with partner organisations.
Animal Birth Control programmes are carried out to control street cat and dog populations.

Animal Birth Control Project (Goa - South)
- The Kub Project. In collaboration with WVS, Samarpan has taken up ABC of cats in Margaon.
- With a network of volunteers we have started ABC of street dogs in Margaon.
- We have placed 130 water bowls in different locations in South Goa
